Staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The services and facilities offered is beyond what you'd expect from most hotels. Good range of complimentry hot and cold drinks, biscuits and fruit in the club room which was lovely to be able to enjoy before heading to bed. We were made aware that there was a gym, sauna/steam room for use but we didn't get chance to use it whilst we were there. The bed was very comfortable, bedding was soft and clean. Lovely layout of the rooms.

The general decor of the hotel and bedrooms equipped with all-natural bedding was lovely. The shared lounge was a nice touch with access to water, coffee and juices through out the day not to mention the home made cookies ( including gluten free). The rooftop bar on the 6th floor was so nice. But ultimately the staff were top class. each and every member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Thank you. Finally, the location was brilliant. Close to the station and nice restaurants.

Location is superb. Enjoyed the club...great place to sit, relax, and plan the next adventure. Bed was a bit low and mattress was a bit lumpy. Sheets didn't smell very fresh. Really loved having accessible filtered water on the floor. Bathroom was very nice!

The location is perfect - just two short blocks from the train station. The room was good and very clean. It was a bit small, but what the room lacked in size was nicely compensated by the first floor lounge for hotel clients with ongoing coffee and snacks, computer compatible desks and comfortable seating. What a great idea. We spend several hours there. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely seek out this hotel again if we can.

Excellent hotel with super good location in the city center close to the train station (3min walk). The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and attentive and the lounge with soft drinks and snacks included in the price is such a good addition to the experience. They even serve a small plate of aperetivos (entrees) by local producers every night between 18:30 and 20:30. We really loved our stay at Okko Hotels and fell in love with the city. Toulon has such special charm and good vibes that we will surely be back. And when we are we're going to stay at Okko Hotels.

We didn’t book breakfast but the hotel offered free coffee/tea with fruit and biscuits 24/7 in the club room off the reception area and that set us up nicely each morning. We were there for a Munster match against Toulon and the hotel is a short walk to the stadium. In fact it is a short walk to everything! The restaurant adjoining the hotel is excellent and we ended up eating most of our meals there.

Very clean, the staff is very very friendly and helpful, they offered little local treats during the aperitif and the ability to have coffee, snacks and sparkling or flat water anytime was very nice.

The room is very clean. They have a snack bar for free with coffee, water, natural juice and snacks.
